Narrative:
Air Algérie flight AH1136, a Boeing 737-800 (7T-VKL) and EAT flight QY1683, a Boeing 757-200F (EC-NYM), where involved in a runway incursion incident at Marseille (LFML).
AH1136 was cleared to land on runway 31R during a night time approach. The controller then instructed the flight to abort the approach due to the presence on the runway of a Boeing 757 which had previously been cleared to line up.
