An IAF HAL Dhruv MkIII delivering relief material to flood victims crashed under unknown circumstances in waterlogged area near Naya Gaon, Aurai, Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
The four crew members were rescued and were take to a hospital and the helicopter received substantial damage.
