18 February 2020: DJI Phantom 4 Pro V.2 substantially damaged when collided with a tree in flight and fell to the ground at Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. The incident was the subject of an AAIB Record-only Investigation, published on 11 June 2020, and the following is the summary from the AAIB Report:
"The UAS struck a tree in ‘Point of Interest’ mode and fell to the ground. The UAS was damaged substantially but there was no other damage".

Gainsborough is a market town, inland port and civil parish in the West Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It lies on the east bank of the River Trent, 18 miles (29 km) north-west of Lincoln, 16 miles (26 km) south-west of Scunthorpe, 20 miles south-east of Doncaster and 39 miles (63 km) east of Sheffield. It is England's furthest inland port at over 55 miles (89 km) from the North Sea.
