Narrative:
Written off 18 June 1999 when a mechanical failure caused the crash of this 152nd FS, Arizona Air National Guard F-16. The pilot, Timothy English, ejected south of Gila Bend, Maricopa County, Arizona at 1,490 feet AGL, approximately 1.3 miles from where the F-16 impacted into the terrain. The mishap occurred at about 9:20 hours.
