1972-03-21: taken on charge by the Belgian Air Force
1979-01-25: at EBLG Bierset, engine fire during start up
Pilot: Olt-Vl Alain Duvivier OK, (see also BA05) (3 Wing - 8 Squadron)
1979-06-18: wreck transported to Evere
1979-00-00: tailsection moved to Technical School at Saffraanberg for use as instructional airframe
1979-09-17: wreck to 'Bestuur der Domeinen' and offered for sale as scrap metal
1980-00-00: wreck to G.Deloze, Beveren-aan-den-Ijzer (scrapdealer)
1989-00-00: fuselage sold to Mr.Pont, Savigny-les-Beaune (France).
The fuselage was restored with the tail of Armée de l'Air Mirage 5F N°54,
a nosecone of a Mirage IIIE and the wing of a Mirage IIIC
