Narrative:An Eipper Quicksilver MX II Sprint ultralight sustained substantial damage when it clipped electric wires and crashed short of runway13 at Phuket Airpark (VTSW), Thailand.
The instructor died Monday morning from his injuries and the student pilot suffered serious injuries.
