Encountered poor weather conditions, the decision to abort the mission was taken too late and the aircraft collided with tree tops near Brańsk while trying to return to its base at Biała Podlaska, both occupants (pilot ppor. pil. Jacek Pawlik and photographic equipment operator plut. pchor. Paweł Harasim) were killed.
