Saudia flight SV340, a Boeing 777-3FGER, struck a flock of birds, immediately after takeoff from Algiers-Houari Boumediene Airport (ALG). The flight continued to the destination Jeddah (JED).
The nose cone was damaged.

صور متداولة لطائرة الخطوط السعودية من طراز B777-300ER بعد اصطدامها بسرب من الطيور "Bird Strike" أثناء اقترابها للهبوط في جدة اليوم.
الطائرة تحمل التسجيل HZ-AK31، وكانت تشغل الرحلة SV340 والقادمة من الجزائر، وهبطت بسلام في جدة.
