Narrative:Written off 19/4/1963 when failed to recover from an intentional spin, and crashed at Thrussington, Charnwood, Leicestershire. Student pilot (Pilot Officer) Nj.Tillotson ejected safely, suffering slight injuries on landing
Wreckage of XP623 photographed in the Rollasons Hangar at Croydon Airport on 4/5/1963 where it had been recovered by the Aircraft Accident Investigation Unit, pending a move to Farnborough.
