Narrative:The flight U2-6173 was descending through FL160 towards Venice, when the airplane encountered severe turbulence. One passenger and two crew members were injured. The airplane landed safely.
The ANSV received notification of the accident through the AAIB (UK), which had been notified by the airline, and opened an investigation into the accident.
