Narrative:THE CFI STATED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING A LANDING IN A STRONG CROSSWIND, THE STUDENT PILOT MADE AN ABRUPT MOVEMENT OF THE ELEVATOR. THE INSTRUCTOR WAS UNABLE TO RECOVER BEFORE THE GLIDER STRUCK A WIRE. THE AIRCRAFT RECOILED INTO THE GROUND.
