Narrative:
Vibrations 40 minutes into flight. Lost tail rotor. Ditched and capsized. Rescuers arrived one hour later. Wreck sold to Carson Helicopters as N82772 and rebuilt to flying conditions. Later flown for Court Helicopters as ZS-HRU.
