C-FVWY, a Piper Navajo operated by Superior Airways, was landing at Bloodvein River with 14 people on board when the aircraft was landed gear up. The aircraft came to rest on the runway and there were no injuries. There is damage to the props, belly and flaps. A NOTAM was issued closing the runway.

TSB reported that the Piper PA-31-350 aircraft, registration C-FVWY was on final approach into Bloodvein River, MB on a flight from Pikangikum, ON. The aircraft landed with the landing gear retracted on Runway 18. The aircraft came to a stop on the middle of the runway; the runway was then closed. There were no injuries and the aircraft sustained substantial damage.
