Narrative:
According to a rough translation of the official accident report intoi English:

"The September 21, 2003, with the intention of meet a scheduled flight by the Aeroclub for rehabilitation, accompanied by a pilot Flight instructor, conducted the previous inspection LV-RLT aircraft launched. He went to the runway in use and approximately 16:00 Hs took off and went to flight sector where it realized losses in the circuit.

He later returned for practice landing. After two consecutive circuits, in time to make contact with the track in a new landing, he felt a loud noise from the left side and noted that the wheel had come off and surpassed the aircraft at high speed.

The pilot and instructor tried to keep left high level, as long as possible, to avoid contact with the ground until It decreased speed. When the aircraft was about to stop the left leg, without the wheel sank into the ground and led the rotation and pitch of the aircraft propeller hitting against the track and then the tip of the right wing, stopped being supported on the leg right, the stump of his left leg and helix.

The crew left the aircraft and saw losing much fuel drainage tank, so they decided to return it to its normal position, aided by some people who came to the place of accident. The accident occurred in the afternoon
