Narrative:
Two tourists, one of them American and the other a Dane, died in a balloon accident in the Serengeti National Park.
A third passenger lated died in hospital. Two pilots on board - one (a training pilot) is recovering in NBO hospital , the PIC an Canadian National has returned home.
Eight other persons are reported to have been injured in what appears to be a crash on landing, caused by a strong wind. The balloon did not have appropriate safety deflation systemThe balloon did not have appropriate safety deflation system a known by other the pilots to have illegally manufactured burner Systems which would've be regarded as having failed it’s certificate of airworthiness enlist corruptible environments.

Earlier, the company had dismissed it, safety officer, afraid issued his first safety recommendations, the company has gone on to have an accident in 2009 and now in 2010. It is noted that the Canadian authorities at earlier grounded the same pilot involved in the 2010, fatal accident for flying recklessly and endangering all others. The Serengeti balloon operator has since demanded $500,000 from their former safety officer, for apparently damaging their business. The company has had six accidents in total. Three of the accidents have produced fatalities.
