Crashed due to wrong flap setting, wrong groung technical control on the runway entrance, incorrect communication from tower, wrong switch activation . Pilot Lt. Cristi Andries and pilot Cdr. Victor Berca ejected safely. Upgraded MiG-21UM (cn516953011).
