Returning from combat mission over Korea, crashed into hill 12 miles South of Itazuke AB, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka, Japan. Accident reported as a CFIT (Controlled Flight Into Terrain). Pilot Captain Garland E Madison USAF was killed
