Narrative:Republic F-84E-20-RE Thunderjet 50-1138, 8th FBS, 49th FBG, USAF: Substantially damaged December 24 1951 when force landed at Itazuke AB, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka, Japan after bomb run over North Korea. Pilot Daniel T Morgan USAF survived, alive on the ground.
Aircraft repaired and returned to service; written off (destroyed) in a later incident on February 21 1952 (which see)
