Narrative:
Substantially damaged in an accident at Otisville, Michigan June 22, 1974: the jump masters chute deployed inside the aircraft, pulling him out of the aircraft, and into the horizontal stabilizer, jamming the elevator. The jump master was killed. The aircraft landed back at Otisville safely, and the other five persons on board (pilot and four parachute jumpers) were not injured.
