PROBABLE CAUSE: THE INADVERTANT STALL AND THE PILOT'S STEEP BANKED TURN. FACTORS RELATING TO THE ACCIDENT WERE THE PILOT'S LACK OF QUALIFICATION TO CONDUCT THE FLIGHT AND THE STRONG TAILWIND CONDITIONS.
