Narrative:The PIC was seated in the right seat and stated that the private rated pax was flying the aircraft from the left seat. The pax stated that this was only the second flight in the aircraft and he had his hands on the control column to feel the input by the PIC during the approach and landing. The PIC further stated that while on short final, he diverted his attention to the T-hangars on the airstrip. When he looked back to the runway, the aircraft attitude was 20-25° nose high. The aircraft then stalled, descended left wing low, cartwheeled and came to rest upright. The aircraft was destroyed by postcrash fire.
