PROBABLE CAUSE:THE PILOT FAILED TO SEE AND AVOID A WOODEN UTILITY POLE WHILE CRUISING AT A LOW LEVEL. A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR WAS THE DUSK LIGHT CONDITIONS.
