Narrative:
PROBABLE CAUSE:WATER IN FUEL FROM IMPROPER SERVICING OF THE AIRCRAFT AND IMPROPER PREFLIGHT BY THE PILOT. THE TAILWIND & SOFT/WET TERRAIN WERE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS.
