Narrative:PROBABLE CAUSE:POWER LOSS AFTER TAKEOFF DUE TO A PARTIALLY CLOGGED FUEL LINE BETWEEN THE FUEL TANK AND THE GASCOLATOR. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS UNSUITABLE TERRAIN UNDER THE AIRPLANE WHEN POWER LOSS OCCURRED.
