PROBABLE CAUSE: THE PILOT MISJUDED ALTITUDE AND CLEARANCE ABOVE THE TERRAIN. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS AEROBATIC MANEUVER PERFORMED AT LOW ALTITUDE.
