Narrative:
Written off (destroyed) October 1 1965 when stalled, spun in and crashed at Port Orange, Florida. Aircraft took off from Spruce Creek Airport (FAA LID: 7FL6) a private airport located in Port Orange, seven miles (11 km) south of the central business district of Daytona Beach, in Volusia County, Florida, United States.

Aircraft was involved in a training sortie. During the sortie, the right engine was shut down to simulate single engine flight. The aircraft failed to obtain/maintain optimum flying speed, and the engine failed to restart. Both of the two persons on board (instructor and pilot under training) were killed.
