Narrative:
Written off (destroyed) March 12, 1977 when crashed into the Atlantic Ocean off Fort Lauderdale, Florida: aircraft entered inverted spin at about 2,000 feet. According to the official NTSB report into the accident, the pilot misjudged the aircraft's altitude, and entered the spin at too low an altitude. The pilot - the sole person on board - was killed. The Pilot's license had previously been suspended.
