Narrative:The pilot of a Piper PA-34-200T reported landing gear problems around 11:35am and decided to return to Suffolk Executive Airport - KSFQ, VA.
After burn off fuel and attemps to solve the gear problems he also tried to get the gear to come down by making some hard landings on the main gear, but it just wouldn't come down.
Finally he landed the Piper Seneca II with an undeployed (or not fully locked) nose gear and came to rest in the grass.
Both occupants escaped unhurt.
