Narrative:
The plane made some touch-and-gos during a training session. The landing gear failed or it was retracted after some touch-and-gos, so the propeller touched the runway and the go-around was compromised. The pilot in command decided to land immediately out of the airport. The instructor (aged 79) and the student (aged 29), escape with minor injuries. After the pilots left the plane it burned out partially. Now recovered in LIRU
