Narrative:
DH.60G [Gipsy I] to Dr Peter P Von Bauer, Baranquilla, Colombia with CofA 1829 issued 8.2.29. Von Bauer was a German national who founded local airline SCADTA. Probably registered to that airline by mid-1929, and named "Garza" with local registration C-39.

Written off (destroyed) 16.2.30: Crew was engaged in a special flight to drop promotional material when it crashed at Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Aircraft christened 'Garza' was destroyed and both crew, among them, pilot von Burchardt, were killed.
