Narrative:Delta Airlines flight DL1459 from New Orleans International Airport, LA (MSY/KMSY) to New York-La Guardia Airport, NY (LGA/KLGA), diverted to Richmond International Airport, VA (RIC/KRIC) due to a cracked windshield pane.
