The aircraft, an experimental Flynn built Glasair II RG, experienced a nosegear collapse upon landing to Sun-n-Fun at Lakeland Linder Regional Airport (KLAL), Lakeland, Florida. The airplane sustained minor damage and the two occupants onboard were not injured during the incident.
