Narrative:Southwest Airlines flight WN211 suffered a blown main gear tyre on takeoff from runway 25R at Phoenix-Sky Harbor International Airport, AZ (PHX) at 20:39 hours local time.
Shortly after takeoff the flight reported to the Phoenix Tower controller that there might be debris on the runway because they suspeced a blown tire.
The aircraft, a Boeing 737-700, climbed to 6100 feet and flew a left hand circuit for a safe landing back at PHX at 21:10 hours.
