Narrative:Following a loss of engine power the aircraft, an experimental Miller built Miller, force landed to the shallow waters of the Kiskiminetas River north-northwest of Saltsburg, Pennsylvania. The airplane sustained substantial damage and the sole pilot onboard was not injured.
