Accident investigation report completed and information captured
Narrative: A German aerobatic pilot crashed in an Extra 200 at Zegrze Pomorskie Airfield (EPKZ). The pilot survived and the aircraft was destroyed by fire.
Causes of the accident: The most likely cause of the incident was that the aircraft led to a dynamic stall while flying at low altitude. A circumstance conducive to the occurrence of the accident was a crosswind capable of creating turbulence at the edge of the forest located in close proximity parallel to the aircraft's flight path.
