Narrative:The aircraft impacted sandy beach terrain east of Agnes Water Airstrip (YAWT) in Queensland. The airplane came to rest inverted, sustaining substantial damage, and one of four occupants onboard received fatal injuries. Three occupants onboard the airplane were seriously injured.
