The aircraft, an experimental Rose built Pietenpol Air Camper, experienced a stall/spin and subsequent impact with airport terrain shortly after takeoff from Bendigo Airport (74N) in Tower City, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. The airplane sustained substantial damage and the sole pilot/owner/builder onboard received undetermined injuries.
