On 28 June 41 the Blenheim I L6632 of 27 Sqn RAF dived into ground near the village of Prinedaung, about six miles north of Vesali, Arakan, Burma (now Wethali, Myammar). All four crew crew, Flt Lt Francis Gerald Oldfield Box (39060), F Sgt Thomas Harry White Seaward (564282), Cpl Reginald Arnold Fish (568535) and Leading Aircraftman Howard Wallace Spratt (617924), were killed. The cause of the crash is unknown.
