A Cirrus SR22T G6 experienced the deployment of the CAPS ballistic recovery system parachute after an equipment issue (CAPS event #110) and came to the rest in a remote area near Woody Creek, Aspen, Colorado.
The airplane sustained substantial damage and the two occupants onboard were not injured.
