A Piper PA-31-310 Navajo (Lock & Key winglet mod.) crashed immediately after takeoff from Chia-Guaymaral Airport (SKGY).
All four occupants were killed and the aircraft was destroyed by the post-impact fire.

The accident aircraft photo shows the left prop. The prop was not feathered and it seems the engine was not delivering any power at the time of impact.
