Mohawk AR658: Crashed after colliding with cables on a ferry flight.
The pilot was severely injured and died four days later.

Captain Herbert John HORSEY (pilot), 2 Ferry Pilot Pool, Air Transport Auxiliary, died as the result of a flying accident.
