Built 1972, and first registered in Argentina as LV-PRY. Re-registered in Brazil as PT-DTK.

Crashed 27 February 1978: Accident shortly after takeoff from Congonhas Airport, São Paulo, Brazil, caused the death of the three people on board. (Pilot and two passengers). Aircraft seems to have made an attempt to make an immediate return to Congonhas Airport, hence the "Flight International" report as "Asymmetric approach, crashed in congested area" (see link #2)

Two workers working on the new runway at Avenida dos Bandeirantes, where the aircraft crashed, were also injured.
