THE RGT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER SEPARATED & WAS NOT FOUND. CAUSE: NON-INSTRUMENT RATED PILOT'S INTENTIONAL FLIGHT INTO AN AREA OF ADVERSE WEATHER ASSOCIATED WITH THUNDERSTORMS, HEAVY PRECIPITATION, AND TURBULENCE.
