THE PLT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY & REPORTED OUT OF FUEL. WHILE APPROACHING A FIELD THE PLT OBSERVED A POWER/TELEPHONE LINE IN HIS FLT PATH & INSTINCTIVELY PULLED THE NOSE UP. ON-SCENE EXAMINATION REVEALED NO EVIDENCE OF FUEL. CAUSE:
