SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, THE ACFT CRASHED INTO THE OCEAN. VMC EXISTED AT THE airport BUT DENSE LOW OCEAN FOG WAS REPORTED AT THE CRASH SITE. SOME ACFT DEBRIS WAS RECOVERED. CAUSE:
