Narrative:WINTESSES STATED THAT THE ACFT HAD JUST DEPARTED AND, DURING THE INITIAL STEEP CLIMB, IT APPEARED TO ATTEMPT TO RETURN TO THE airport, STALLED, AND SPUN TO GOUND CONTACT 1/4 MILE NORTH OF THE ARPT.
