Narrative:THE AIRCRAFT CRASHED INTO RISING TERRAIN AT THE 3500 FOOT LEVEL IN IFR WEATHER. THE PILOT HAD BEEN ADVISED OF BAD WEATHER ALONG HIS ROUTE. HIS FLIGHT PLAN WAS VFR. NO MALFUNCTIONS TO EQUIPMENT WAS FOUND. CAUSE:
