Narrative:Shortly after take-off from Toledo, the aircraft's radar target disappeared. It was subsequently found to have crashed in woods about two miles SSW of the departure end of the runway. Impact occurred in an steep, nose down, left wing low attitude. All three persons on board (pilot and two passengers) were killed.
No physical incapacitation of the pilot was determined. No contributory mechanical malfunctions of the aircraft were discovered. The accident happened in daylight but in IMC with light snow and fog. The NTSB was unable to determine the cause
