Narrative:THE ACFT WAS OBSERVED TO BE FLYING STRAIGHT AND LEVEL WHEN THE SOUNDS OF THE ENG WERE HEARD TO INCREASE. THE ONLY WITNESS SAW THE ACFT NOSE OVER AND DIVE INTO THE GROUND.
