THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH POWER LINES CROSSING THE AIRSTRIP AT MIDFIELD AND CRASHED ON THE RWY. A WITNESS STATED THAT THE PLT HAD BEEN BRIEFED ON THE PWR LINES PRIOR TO THE flight. CAUSE:
